01 / Data Controller

The data controller is Antoine CHEVI, a sole trader operating under the trade name Gardevia.

02 / Data collected and usage

The site's form allows you to contact Gardevia, request a quote, or request a service booking. A booking request is not confirmed automatically: Gardevia will contact you to verify and validate the date and the intervention.

Depending on the fields filled out, the data may include your name, email address, and the desired service. Phone number, address, and provided details are optional.

This data is used to process your request, respond to you, prepare a quote, and, if the service is accepted, organize its execution. It is not used to send advertising.

For general inquiries, the data is used to be able to respond to you. For quote or booking requests, it is used to follow up on your request and prepare for a potential service. If a service is performed, the data necessary for invoicing is processed to comply with legal obligations.

03 / Mandatory fields

Name, email address, and the desired service are necessary to allow the processing of the request. Other fields in the form are optional.

04 / Data access and service providers

​

Requests are sent to the address gardevia.securite@gmail.com. Antoine CHEVI is the only one who reviews them.

The site is created and hosted with Wix. Data transmitted via the form may be processed by Wix for the operation of the site and the routing of requests. The email service used to receive requests is provided by Microsoft.

05 / Retention period

​

Quote or booking requests that do not result in a service are deleted after three months.

If a service is performed, certain documents related to the service, invoicing, or accounting obligations must be kept for the periods required by law. Invoices and accounting supporting documents are notably kept for ten years from the closing of the relevant financial year.

06 / Cookies

​

The site uses cookies necessary for its operation and a preference management banner. You can change your choice at any time from the privacy button displayed on the site.

The Google Maps card has been removed from the site. Preferences regarding non-essential cookies can be managed from the consent banner.

07 / Your rights

​

You can request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, as well as the limitation of its use or object to certain processing, under the conditions provided by regulations.

To exercise your rights, write to gardevia.securite@gmail.com specifying your request. If you believe, after contacting us, that your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL at cnil.fr.
